Menopause care: what your provider will ask

Your provider asks about your symptoms, how long they've lasted, your cycle, your personal and family health history and any medicines you take.

Some conditions mean treatment isn't right online, such as a history of breast or uterine cancer, blood clots, stroke, liver disease or unexplained bleeding. If that applies, your provider will suggest in-person care.

If treatment is approved, your provider sets the plan and checks in with you before refills.

Not everyone qualifies, and no result is guaranteed.

This guide is general information, not medical advice. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
