What the price covers

Every price on TrimBodyRX is billed monthly and includes the medication, the online visit with a licensed provider, ongoing messaging with your care team and shipping. There are no hidden visit or shipping fees.

When you're charged

You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24–48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.

Renewals

Your plan renews automatically at the price and interval shown until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next refill from your account, by emailing support@trimbodyrx.com or by calling +1 (760) 969-2724. Your provider checks in before refills.

Insurance, HSA and FSA

We do not accept insurance. Some expenses may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement; this is not guaranteed, so check with your plan administrator.

Charges appear on your statement as TRIMBODYRX.
